Q1: When will receive my order?

A1:Orders are shipped within 5~7 business days once the order is placed orders will be shipped by reqular mail or FedEx (depending on the size of the order).Therefore,transit time will be determined based on your location and shipping method.

Q2: If I made a purchase over the phone or internet and want to return the item .will I be reimbursed for the shipping and handling charges?

A2: NO ,The shipping costs have already been incurred at your request and therefore are non-refundable.

Q3: What if I’ve received a replacement that is defective or incorrect?

A3: You can reply to us within 7 days for replacement, and please attach a photo of the damage area.

Q4: Will you accept checks or money orders.

A4:NO Payment can only be made using master card;)

Q5: Can I give my P.O.box for FedEx orders?

A5: NO,you must provide a physical address for FedEx to deliver your package ,FedEx does not deliver to post office boxes ,APO or PPO addresses.

Q6: What is the turn-around time on defective (service program) claims?

A6:Processing time is approximately 5 business days from the date we receive the product .It is the shipped by FedEx ,Therefore, Transit time will be determined by your location.

Q7: Can I customize the color of the proudct?

A7: Yes, we can customize the color and printing of the product according to the guest’s  request.

Q8: How can I track my order?

A8: If you confirm your order with us by e-mail,We will send you the delivery information you need in the email.
